Supports corporate and field operations by coordinating branch compliance assessments, training, SOP implementation, risk mitigation, and process improvement. Serves as a liaison between corporate teams and regional leadership, maintains knowledge of Avionte ATS, supports VMS implementation, communicates regulatory requirements, and develops ongoing improvement training. The role also manages assessment schedules, reports findings, and assists with operational projects.

Supports staffing operations by assisting applicants, processing hiring documents, conducting screenings and orientations, coordinating employee dispatches, entering weekly payroll, and maintaining accurate records in Avionte. The recruiter manages applicant and client communications, resolves assignment issues, visits client sites, coaches employees, and provides branch coverage. Strong customer service, organization, communication, multitasking, and office software skills are required.

Supervises staffing employees at a client site, managing daily operations, scheduling, payroll records, performance, compliance, safety, and employee relations. Builds client relationships, addresses workforce concerns, controls operating costs, supports recruiting, and may interview, hire, and train workers. The role requires strong communication, supervisory judgment, Microsoft Office proficiency, timekeeping experience, and comfort working independently in manufacturing or distribution environments.
