Lead and grow a 12-person engineering team to deliver automated electrical test equipment. Manage projects using stage-gate and agile approaches, support product development, documentation control, IP management, customer technical support, supplier de-risking, and collaborate with sales/marketing on product roadmaps. Occasional travel (10-15%).
