Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or business, mechanical aptitude, and ideally injection molding or plastics experience.

Supports CNC machine-tool sales, demonstrations, turnkey projects, customer training, installations, and post-sale technical support. Develops CNC programs, machining processes, tooling strategies, fixtures, work-holding solutions, and cycle-time estimates. Reviews customer parts and production requirements, troubleshoots machining and quality issues, validates equipment and accessories, and coordinates with Sales, Service, Engineering, customers, and OEM partners. The role requires hands-on CNC machining expertise, customer-facing communication, technical problem-solving, and regional travel.
