Manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors, supervise two Relationship Managers, develop integrated multi-channel engagement with Direct Response, drive pipeline to major gifts, analyze program performance, and ensure accurate CRM documentation.

Manage a portfolio of ~150 mid-level donors ($1,000–$24,999), develop tailored engagement and stewardship strategies, qualify and refer major gift prospects, maintain accurate donor records, support moves-management, pipeline analysis, and collaborate with colleagues to grow individual giving.

Lead Strategic Giving by managing a $25K+ major donor portfolio, overseeing four Relationship Managers, driving donor engagement and portfolio strategy, producing data-informed forecasting and executive reports, and building multi-year fundraising strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
