Manage a portfolio of K-12 education customers, serving as the primary post-sales contact and driving adoption, satisfaction, renewals, retention, and account expansion. Partner with Account Executives and internal teams throughout the customer lifecycle, deliver training and enablement, resolve issues, collect feedback, analyze customer data, and manage revenue performance. Provide high-touch support to strategic school districts, including in-person visits and executive relationship management.

The Site Reliability Engineer will operate and improve critical, high-traffic systems across AWS and Azure. Responsibilities include infrastructure-as-code, automation, incident response, root-cause analysis, monitoring, alerting, disaster recovery, capacity planning, performance tuning, high availability, cloud security, CI/CD, and multi-cloud networking. The role also involves mentoring, documentation, regular DR testing, and on-call participation.

The role requires strong organization, communication, empathy, adaptability, and the ability to use customer data and tools to manage high-volume customer relationships.

Coordinates government and education-sector proposal development, including tracking opportunities, managing content libraries, drafting and editing submissions, completing forms, maintaining databases, conducting compliance checks, and managing online portals. Supports curriculum alignment matrices, tracks proposal outcomes, documents lessons learned, and collaborates with subject matter experts and internal teams in a deadline-driven environment.

Generates and qualifies sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach, conducts discovery conversations, presents products, manages leads and CRM records, supports quotes and orders, and meets territory sales quotas. The representative collaborates with customer experience teams, maintains a strong opportunity pipeline, tracks performance, resolves customer concerns, and delivers positive customer experiences across California and Texas.
