Provide high-touch administrative support to the Head of the Chicago Office, Associate Director of AIG, and other managers: proactive calendar and travel management, meeting coordination and preparation, Salesforce database maintenance, expense processing in Workday, report distribution, event/catering coordination, email coverage, and ad hoc office projects. Work collaboratively within the Client Platform administrative team in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
