Manage a caseload of defense litigation matters, prepare cases for trial, attend depositions/hearings/mediations, analyze discovery and medical records, develop defense strategy with experts, perform legal research and investigations, and draft briefs, memos, and client communications.

Support litigation teams by managing case documents, calendaring deadlines, coordinating local counsel and experts, preparing discovery, depositions, trial exhibits, filings, and maintaining client records.

Provide secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to litigation attorneys: draft and edit pleadings, e-file documents, manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle billing and trial preparation, maintain files, and communicate professionally with clients and vendors in a fast-paced law firm environment.
