Build and nurture relationships with dentists through face-to-face meetings, events, gifts, email and social campaigns. Monitor competitors and market trends, maintain lead pipelines, produce reports, support doctors with referral development, and perform outreach research and analysis.

Support growth by researching and analyzing potential markets for new locations, services, and partnerships. Gather and organize data, evaluate competitors and referral sources, map and visualize markets, conduct field validation, and produce opportunity briefs and presentations to guide leadership site-selection and expansion decisions.

Provide daily IT operations and project management support including asset management, documentation, procurement, provisioning, imaging, onsite and remote support for builds/acquisitions, create and maintain runbooks in GRC, coordinate vendors, track project plans/milestones, prepare status reports, deliver training and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
