Use AI tools to automate reporting, analyze recruiting and employee lifecycle data, assist HRIS/ATS updates and audits, produce insights on hiring and engagement, and help document processes and SOPs.

Lead and oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, cash flow, month-end close, financial reporting, tax compliance, and supervise the accounting team. Support financial planning, banking relationships, policy development, and analyses for expansion and special projects.
