Provide municipal civil engineering expertise: review development submittals and plans, coordinate with municipal staff and agencies, manage capital improvement projects, prepare reports, permits, grant applications, perform construction inspections, and mentor junior engineers to support local government clients.

Design automation, controls, and SCADA systems for water/wastewater facilities. Prepare P&IDs, network architectures, control schematics, panel layouts, specifications, and bills of material. Review shop drawings, assist construction services, and occasionally visit sites. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on consulting and integration projects.

Manage and design wastewater facility and infrastructure projects, lead project teams, develop workplans/schedules/budgets, produce plans and specifications, provide construction-phase support, mentor staff, and support business development and proposals.
