Perform tax due diligence, prepare and analyze transaction tax data, assist with restructuring and tax research, review work of junior staff, and collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality client deliverables on multiple deals.

Lead assigned sections of audits for hedge funds, private funds, and digital asset clients from planning through completion. Prepare and review workpapers and financial statements, identify accounting/reporting issues, communicate with clients, mentor junior staff, and manage multiple engagements and deadlines while leveraging firm tools to improve efficiency and client service.
