Provide transaction structuring, tax modeling, attribute analysis, and technical guidance on federal, state, and international tax issues. Serve as primary client contact, manage teams and budgets, mentor staff, support business development, and drive practice growth and operational excellence.

Lead technical accounting consultations and SEC reporting for public and pre-IPO clients, including ASC guidance, SEC filings, SOX 404 compliance, internal control assessments, IPO readiness, client relationship management, and mentoring engagement teams while overseeing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Provide technical accounting and financial reporting guidance to renewable energy clients on tax equity, HLBV allocations, ITC/PTC, ASC 606/842, and complex project finance. Lead financial statement preparation and disclosures, manage client relationships, oversee engagement economics and staffing, mentor staff, and support audit readiness and accounting policy implementation.

Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting for privately held and PE-owned clients. Manage client engagements, supervise engagement teams, deliver tax-structure and buy/sell planning, support business development, and contribute to firm-wide projects to grow the Private Client Services practice.

Support clients with financial reporting and technical accounting: prepare/review financial statements, implement new accounting standards (ASC 842/606/805), research and draft technical memos, assist SEC reporting, perform reconciliations/journal entries, optimize accounting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and manage project delivery.

Provide tax strategy and compliance services for closely held businesses and private equity portfolio companies, preparing federal, state, and local returns (C‑Corps, S‑Corps, Partnerships), conducting technical research, advising on tax efficiencies, managing client relationships, and coaching staff to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Support M&A tax engagements from due diligence through structuring and transaction modeling. Perform tax due diligence, prepare and analyze transaction tax data, assist with restructuring and tax research, review work of junior staff, and collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality client deliverables on multiple deals.
