Defend employers in Illinois workers' compensation matters: gather and review medical records, take depositions, conduct discovery and legal research, draft pleadings and motions, litigate before administrative law judges, represent clients at hearings/mediations/trials, investigate accidents, monitor loss trends, manage claims and costs, and negotiate settlements.

Process daily deposits and submit attorney invoices via e-billing platforms. Apply payments (checks, ACH/EFT, credit cards), handle refunds, prepaids, WIP research, collections, write-offs, and maintain billing spreadsheets and records. Communicate with attorneys, clients, and bill review systems to resolve invoice issues and ensure accurate, confidential billing and accounts receivable reporting.
