Participate in design and architecture reviews, SDLC and project lifecycle tasks, lead teams, and work in Agile and global delivery environments within the financial services domain.

Serve as Scrum Master and business systems analyst: run all Scrum ceremonies, manage stakeholders, negotiate and resolve conflicts, groom user stories, and use JIRA/Confluence to track delivery.

Design and architect data solutions for analytics using big data and NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Storm, HDFS, Hive). Build data marts and dimensional models, perform data analysis/profiling with SQL, review code, liaise with business stakeholders, work with ETL/integration tools, and support BI. Azure experience preferred; Spark is a plus. Role includes consulting-style stakeholder management and regular travel.
