Represents clients in civil creditors’ rights and residential foreclosure matters, managing high-volume caseloads from initiation through resolution. Drafts and argues routine and contested motions, collaborates with clients and internal teams, and leads paralegals and legal assistants. Requires active Illinois licensure, at least three years of real estate or title law experience, strong communication skills, and limited travel outside Chicago. The role offers a hybrid schedule after orientation.
