Lead community sales and marketing to meet leasing and move-in goals by conducting tours, following up with leads, creating outreach events, managing referrals, using CRM and sales tools, and coordinating with leadership to execute marketing plans while maintaining resident relationships and regulatory compliance.

Provide front-desk and administrative support including answering phones, data entry, assisting with leasing, maintaining resident files, processing rent payments, and serving as substitute van driver when needed.

Drive occupancy and revenue by generating leads, conducting tours, closing sales, and securing deposits for senior living communities. Manage inquiries, host events to attract prospects, maintain referral relationships, produce site visit reports for leadership, coach teammates on uncertain leads, and participate in admissions problem-solving and huddles to meet move-in goals.
