Provide high-level executive support to the COO and additional support to the VP, Global Projects. Manage complex global calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel and meeting logistics, prepare materials, handle expense reporting, and partner with other EAs and stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient executive operations.

Provide fractional chief-of-staff and executive support to clients nationwide, coordinating priorities, stakeholders, and strategic and operational initiatives on a part-time or project basis.
