Manage daily station operations and staff to meet budget and safety standards. Handle customer complaints and remitter/payment processing, prepare reports, ensure facility maintenance, perform waiver vehicle inspections per IEPA, maintain quality assurance, train and evaluate employees, and provide travel support to other stations as needed.

Assist the station manager with daily operations of a vehicle emissions testing station: supervise staff, perform emissions testing, manage remitter transactions and funds reconciliation, maintain equipment and facility, handle customer complaints and incident reporting, conduct waiver inspections per IEPA, and provide coverage at other stations as needed.
