Manage proposal and funder-report processes for corporate partnerships, coordinate budgets and grant agreements with Accounting and Legal, maintain funding pipeline and Salesforce reporting, train users on systems, support events and account stewardship, and improve Development team operations.

Manage grant budgets, compliance, and reporting for multilateral, bilateral, philanthropic, and US government funders. Support proposal budgeting and approvals, monitor budget-to-actuals and forecasts, maintain funder records in Workday and Salesforce, lead kickoff and closeout processes, and support audits, policy improvements, and cross-team guidance to ensure regulatory and donor compliance.
