Design, build, and maintain ETL processes and Azure-based data warehouse components. Develop Power BI reports and dashboards, create and optimize SQL queries, manage change requests, troubleshoot BI/data issues, participate in data modeling, and maintain master data using Profisee in an Agile environment while collaborating with business users.

Serve as UKG subject-matter expert to configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro/Dimensions time and attendance systems. Build integrations, design reports, support end users, run audits/upgrades, liaise with vendors, and implement scalable solutions aligned with union contracts and business needs.

Administer and enhance Workday HCM: assess requirements, configure business processes, troubleshoot, create reports and dashboards, support integrations and bi-annual releases, train end users, and partner with stakeholders to deliver system solutions and data integrity.
