Lead and facilitate delivery teams as Scrum Master/Project Lead using SDLC and Agile practices. Manage multiple projects, budgets, scope, risks, and project documentation while improving processes and mentoring team members to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Design, develop, and support MSBI solutions (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS/Power BI). Build cubes, write MDX, create SSRS reports, implement PowerPivot/SharePoint integration, design data warehouses and star schemas, perform production support and performance tuning, and coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders.

Develop, test, and implement Lawson system enhancements. Collaborate with developers, admins, and business teams to produce technical designs and continuous system improvements for scalable, high-performing applications.

Support and maintain NetIQ Identity Management infrastructure, implement updates and connectors, create workflows/drivers, troubleshoot incidents, produce compliance reports, assist senior engineer, and serve as IDM SME for security, helpdesk, and users.

Set up and administer a TFS 2017 environment for source, work items, and Agile processes; create templates, boards, CI/CD build and deploy scripts, integrate testing and Service Desk, and migrate code/issues/tests preserving history.

Provide L2/L3 development, support and maintenance for JD Edwards applications; enforce coding standards; perform code reviews; manage upgrades, ESUs, security, middleware interfaces and performance troubleshooting; create SDLC deliverables; support deployments and off-hours rotations; mentor and review work of other engineers.
