Engineer and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management: test, configure, and set standards for directory services (ISDS/TDI), Web Access Management (ISAM), and Identity/Governance (ISIM/IGI). Integrate authentication/authorization into applications, implement SSO and federation, support provisioning (RBAC, SoD, access reviews), troubleshoot AD/network/authentication issues, and work with web servers, LDAP, SQL, and scripting.

Design, develop, and integrate web applications using Java and related frameworks. Create UI, database architecture, technical specs, and code components. Coordinate with analysts and architects, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot across environments, and support agile development lifecycle.

Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing web applications and reusable front-end components. Translate wireframes into responsive UI using HTML/CSS and Bootstrap, implement SPAs with AngularJS/JavaScript, participate in design/specification, unit testing, prototyping, and technology evaluation, and collaborate with UX, business analysts, and development teams.
