The representative supports the service department by maintaining post-visit customer relationships while meeting call-volume and performance targets. This is a part-time role requiring strong communication, reliability, attention to detail, and independent work.

Contact existing dealership customers to discuss vehicle upgrade and trade opportunities, review ownership and equity, educate on incentives, schedule appointments, follow up via phone/text/email/CRM, maintain records, collaborate with sales team, and meet performance goals while delivering excellent customer service.
