Manages social media, website content, email campaigns, public relations, sponsorships, branding, photography, and digital assets. Develops written content, evaluates campaign performance, coordinates departmental marketing requests, monitors budgets, supports emergency communications, and represents the District at community events. Ensures consistent branding, accessibility, and effective public engagement across communication channels.
