Assists the Community Manager with condominium community administration and daily operations. Responsibilities include maintaining resident, office, and vendor files; preparing correspondence, leases, and reports; supporting work orders, purchase orders, supply ordering, assessment collection, receipts, and legal collection proceedings. The role also maintains communication with residents and vendors, keeps property emergency information current, and assumes community management responsibilities during the manager’s absence.

Assists the Community Manager with residential property administration, resident and vendor files, correspondence, leases, work orders, purchasing, reports, assessments, collections, legal proceedings, communications, and emergency information. Assumes community management responsibilities during the manager’s absence and performs related clerical and accounting duties.

Supports, administers, configures, and optimizes the organization’s Yardi ecosystem and integrations. Provides advanced troubleshooting, security, workflow, reporting, data, and integration support; leads implementations, upgrades, testing, and enhancements; develops dashboards and documentation; trains users; manages Yardi projects; and coordinates issue resolution with internal teams, vendors, and Yardi support.

Assists the Community Manager with daily residential property operations, resident relations, reporting, accounts payable, payroll, work orders, audits, HUD and IHDA compliance, recertifications, HAP vouchers, marketing support, and community activities. Assumes community management responsibilities during the manager’s absence and ensures adherence to property management policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable regulations.
