Supports mechanical engineering projects under senior supervision. Responsibilities include specifying and evaluating process equipment, reviewing vendor documents, performing equipment and piping calculations, selecting piping materials, participating in client and vendor meetings, conducting field surveys, and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Performs entry-level process engineering and design for industrial projects, including equipment sizing and rating, hydraulic analyses, PFD and P&ID development, heat and material balances, and technical specification support. Evaluates equipment and processes for safety, environmental, and operational compliance; manages engineering data; presents technical information; and coordinates assignments across competing priorities. The role is primarily office-based with possible production-site assignments.

Leads engineering project delivery excellence and proposal execution for large Power EPC projects. Oversees workforce planning, project staffing, talent acquisition, competency development, succession planning, and performance management for project managers, project engineers, and field engineers. Advises proposal teams on engineering execution strategy, risk, staffing, and integration with EPC functions. Uses lessons learned from engineering, construction, commissioning, safety, scheduling, and productivity to improve future project delivery and proposals.

Leads mid-size to large engineering projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, safety, and profitability. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates multidisciplinary engineering and support teams, oversees contractual changes and financial performance, develops client relationships, supports proposals and pursuits, and mentors project personnel.

Design electrical systems for utility-scale and industrial power distribution projects, including schematics, specifications, panel schedules, cable routing, voltage-drop calculations, and conductor sizing. Review existing systems, equipment, vendor documentation, and quality audits. Support designers and drafters with drawings and collaborate with procurement and senior engineers under the direction of an engineering manager.

Designs and develops instrumentation and control engineering deliverables, including instrument indexes, DCS and PLC data sheets, CEMS documentation, I/O lists, and process control narratives. Coordinates assigned projects, may supervise junior personnel, provides technical training, and works across office, warehouse, field, and construction-site environments.

Leads instrumentation and control system design, specification, review, and execution for oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, pipeline, and power projects. Provides technical leadership across FEED, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup; oversees DCS, PLC, SIS, and SCADA systems; leads HAZOP, SIL, and LOPA reviews; ensures compliance with industry standards; and mentors multidisciplinary teams while coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors.

Develop process flow and piping diagrams, heat and material balances, equipment sizing, hydraulic analyses, relief and flare system designs, and process hazard reviews. Evaluate safety and environmental compliance, estimate and track project effort, solve design problems, present technical information, and coordinate or supervise junior engineering staff. The role supports energy and chemical industry projects and requires independent application of standard process engineering methods.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for engineering and design roles across energy, industrial construction, and related markets. Partners with engineering leaders on hiring strategies, builds talent pipelines, maps markets, engages passive candidates, screens applicants, negotiates offers, and provides recruiting market intelligence. The role also tracks sourcing effectiveness, strengthens talent networks and employment branding, and supports recruiting initiatives across multiple U.S. locations in a hybrid environment with up to 25% travel.

Lead electrical design and execution for industrial/process projects. Create schematics, one-/three-line diagrams, lighting, grounding, and raceway designs; coordinate disciplines; support field verification, construction, commissioning, budgeting, and client meetings.
