Lead the firm's Project Management Office: establish PM standards, governance, and KPIs; oversee project financials, resource planning, controls, and reporting; mentor project managers; support strategy, client meetings, contract review, and change management to improve profitability and delivery.

Prepare, schedule, and coordinate design documents and calculations for site development projects including grading, utilities, stormwater management, permits, and construction documents. Support project managers, communicate with clients and municipalities, coordinate subconsultants, track schedules and deadlines, attend meetings/hearings, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality deliverables and project progress.
