Plan and drive manufacturing launch activities for new and improved products. Design production processes, fixturing, and work instructions; perform DFMEA/PFMEA; support production, evaluate equipment needs, lead lean initiatives and kaizen events to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost.

Drive adoption of high-density data center cooling solutions across hyperscale, colocation, OEM/ODM, and enterprise accounts. Build and convert a technical sales pipeline, lead technical discovery and solution design, create TCO/ROI and sustainability narratives, partner with channel teams, maintain CRM forecasting (Salesforce), cross-sell products, provide customer insights, and travel up to 50% for customer engagement and events.
