Manages project accounting activities, including project setup and budgets, billing, invoicing, project closeout, progress reporting, variance investigation, cash reconciliation, audit support, vendor setup, and invoice and expense report approvals. Collaborates with project managers, sector leads, clients, vendors, and local offices while maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

Manage CAD standards, procedures, workflows, deliverables, transmittals, and quality reviews for transportation and infrastructure projects. Serve as the primary technical resource for MicroStation, OpenRoads, ProjectWise, and related Bentley applications. Develop 3D models, train and supervise CAD users, resolve technical and quality issues, maintain documentation, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure compliance with client standards and contracts.

Lead mechanical design for mission critical and data center projects: produce and review CAD drawings and calculations, specify and size equipment, coordinate MEP/FP disciplines, mentor designers, perform QA/QC, write reports and sequences of operations, and manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules to codes and client requirements.

Lead electrical design for new construction and renovation projects (data centers, telecom, commercial). Serve as client contact, manage multiple projects and engineering staff, develop BOD/SD/DD/CD deliverables, perform front-end loading, write complex electrical studies/reports, ensure code compliance, mentor staff, control budgets and schedules.

Manage design, production, and coordination of nationwide aviation, transit, and commercial building projects. Serve as primary client liaison, negotiate fees and contracts, ensure projects meet financial and schedule targets, coordinate subconsultants, and support business development activities.
