Manage core HR operations across the employee lifecycle: reporting and analytics, full-cycle recruitment logistics, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data integrity, compliance with laws and CBAs, process improvement, and supporting HR projects and leadership with accurate HR data and documentation.

Provide pension administration, data analysis, and system support for defined benefit plans. Calculate benefits per IRS/ERISA rules, troubleshoot system issues, prepare compliance and board reports, create test plans for system changes, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain member records, and support audits and special projects to ensure accurate pension processing and reporting.
