Manages project accounting for a construction business group, including month-end financial reporting, overhead budgeting, P&L and cost report review, owner billings, revenue projections, cash flow monitoring, internal audits, and financial support for bids. Supervises, hires, trains, and develops Project Accountants while partnering with program managers and business leaders to manage project financial risks and opportunities.

The Financial Manager coordinates P&Ls, report cards, business plans, and analytical reporting; communicates financial issues to regional leadership; supports claims involving Legal and Accounting; develops accounting staff; visits jobsites for compliance; and represents the company in owner meetings. The role also oversees training, mentoring, strategic problem-solving, and financial operations across major construction projects.
