Coordinates deadlines, cross-functional workflows, documentation, CRM records, implementation milestones, training, and communications from sales commitment through go-live. Maintains proposal content and operational materials in systems including Responsive, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM platforms. Identifies process gaps and supports workflow improvements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
