Provide end-to-end executive support to a Supervising Producer: manage workflows in Productive, coordinate production and post-production logistics, run daily check-ins, prep for meetings, triage communications, chase assets/approvals, and surface risks proactively. Role requires production familiarity, strong written communication, high EQ, and hands-on use of AI tools. Full-time contract-to-start, US-based with PST/MST core hours; SLC or LA preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.
