Manage and grow strategic partner carrier and agent relationships, drive revenue and profitability, conduct regular in-person visits and QBRs, negotiate commercial agreements, develop territory business plans, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor KPIs, and support business development and operational alignment across the network.
