Manages buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory and financial due diligence engagements for middle-market companies. Responsibilities include analyzing EBITDA adjustments, financial trends, ratios, and financial statements; advising on valuation and deal structuring; reviewing workpapers and reports; mentoring staff; building client relationships; and identifying additional service opportunities.

Support federal and state tax engagements by gathering data, preparing business and individual returns, completing workpapers, conducting tax research, preparing resolution notices, and assisting with field exams and special projects.
