Develop and execute business development strategies to grow and retain credit union membership through employer partnerships, community outreach, events, and direct sales. Represent the credit union at on-site enrollments, networking functions, and community events; evaluate program effectiveness, maintain regulatory compliance (BSA/CIP/OFAC), and meet sales goals while using CRM systems like Salesforce.

Lead and coach the Lending, Visa, and Member Solutions team to drive loan production, product penetration, and sales targets. Oversee lending operations, support underwriting/funding/collections, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor KPIs. Partner on training, process improvements, and system implementations to enhance member experience and revenue growth.
