Manage lateral and campus attorney recruitment and the summer associate program for the Chicago office. Lead orientation, mentoring, associate integration, work assignments, and associate events. Partner with global HR on talent assessment, learning and development, wellness, and firmwide HR initiatives. Handle recruiting marketing materials, budgets, exit interviews, and serve as liaison between associates and partners.

Lead all business operations for the new Chicago office, build and manage professional staff, drive financial planning and KPIs, oversee real estate and events, implement risk management and business continuity, and support strategic planning and organizational transformation.
