Lead execution of ACFE's global growth strategy across prioritized regions; hire and develop regional Heads of Operations; coordinate cross-functional international initiatives; build regional operating plans, budgets and go-to-market strategies; track KPIs and report performance; cultivate external partnerships; and communicate ACFE's global vision while supporting market expansion.

Ensure security and integrity of the CFE exam by liaising with proctoring vendors, investigating incidents and security breaches, analyzing exam data for suspicious trends, auditing sessions, preparing investigation reports, updating policies, and supporting exam administration tasks and stakeholder communications.

Manage Education department projects end-to-end: plan and maintain Asana project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor schedules, oversee production of educational materials, lead onboarding/training on workflows, and report status and metrics to leadership to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of programs and events.

Partner with the CFO to prepare timely financial reports, reconcile general ledger accounts, perform variance analysis, maintain GAAP-compliant records, support budgeting/forecasting, improve reporting processes and internal controls, and contribute to system implementations and special projects.
