Design and manage regional roadway projects using engineering standards and judgment. Provide design and construction management, including on-site project representation/inspection in Chicago/Northern Illinois. Support business growth, client relationships, technical writing, proposals, and varied tasks to grow the practice.

Support early-capture planning, proposal development, marketing, business development research, and graphic design. Tasks include researching opportunities, building client profiles, assisting with SOQs and proposals, producing marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign, maintaining marketing assets, and supporting website updates and campaign efforts. Hybrid, part-time during school and full-time in summer.
