Own strategic sourcing and category management across indirect spend categories, including MRO, facilities, utilities, IT, marketing, HR, and professional services. Develop category strategies, lead competitive bids and complex contract negotiations, manage supplier performance, drive savings, and improve procurement compliance. Analyze spend and total cost, optimize inventory and subscriptions, maintain procurement records, and resolve supplier issues affecting plant operations, quality, and food safety. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple sites.

Develop and execute regional sales plans, acquire and grow foodservice accounts, and manage distributor and broker relationships. Drive product trials, recurring volume, upselling, pricing, placement, inventory alignment, and sell-through initiatives. Track territory KPIs, revenue, forecasts, CRM activity, market trends, and competitive performance. The role requires extensive travel across the Midwest and surrounding states, along with leadership, negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
