Performs low-complexity structural frame, component, and connection designs; prepares record calculations; coordinates with drafting, project management, production, contractors, architects, and erectors; resolves technical and production issues; visits jobsites and facilities; tracks project schedules; and develops software tools to improve engineering calculation efficiency.

Leads the engineering and calculation team, assigning workloads, managing resources and budgets, mentoring engineers, and coordinating project execution. Reviews and approves design documents, performs stress analyses and technical studies, resolves root causes, mitigates design and production risks, and supports continuous improvement. Collaborates with sales, estimating, production, erection, design, and project teams on pre-engineering, cost estimates, design coordination, and practical precast product solutions.
