Manages project accounting, revenue and cost tracking, billing, receivables, contract compliance, payroll documentation, subcontractor requirements, and project closeout. Reviews forecasts, reconciles job costs, coordinates bonds and insurance certificates, supports prevailing wage and certified payroll compliance, and works with sales, project teams, customers, subcontractors, HR, and agencies to resolve outstanding issues and ensure accurate, timely billing and documentation.

Drives revenue growth by prospecting and closing foodservice equipment sales. Builds relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and hospitality operators; conducts needs assessments, equipment consultations, demonstrations, site visits, and negotiations. Manages sales pipelines, tracks metrics, develops outreach campaigns, and provides post-sale support. Requires knowledge of foodservice operations, equipment functionality, kitchen layouts, blueprints, and installation requirements.
