Manages leadership program logistics, facilitates workshops, supports learner engagement, collaborates with HR, administers LMS and eLearning tools, and analyzes participation and feedback data to improve learning outcomes. The role also promotes learning opportunities globally and uses AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences.
