Lead ALA's development function as the chief revenue strategist, designing and executing diversified fundraising programs, stewarding donors and sponsors, aligning revenue plans with organizational strategy, and using data and technology to drive performance. Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to set strategic objectives and grow revenue across channels.

Lead Jackson Chance Foundation's next growth phase by implementing strategy, expanding and diversifying revenue, strengthening donor relationships, overseeing operations and finances, and serving as public ambassador to scale regional and national impact for NICU families.

Lead the Museum's comprehensive fundraising strategy across major gifts, annual giving, institutional giving, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, events, stewardship, and campaign planning. Build fundraising infrastructure and systems, maintain an active donor portfolio, strengthen donor pipelines, and use data and fundraising technology to guide decisions. Serve as a visible ambassador and partner to the Board, executive leadership, staff, and community to deepen philanthropic support.
