Oversee and administer agency compensation programs for an insurance organization. Responsibilities include gathering, cleansing, reconciling, and modeling compensation data; analyzing incentive programs; developing reports; presenting recommendations to executives; maintaining agreements and documentation; supporting corporate projects; and serving as a subject matter expert for staff, agency partners, and auditors.

Investigates, evaluates, and manages litigated insurance claims. Leads technology delivery, operations, development, production support, quality assurance, and project execution for Guidewire PolicyCenter. Partners with Commercial Lines stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals, manages application architecture and change controls, and oversees staff development, resource allocation, and performance. Requires strong IT leadership, SDLC expertise, stakeholder management, and experience with Agile, DevOps, cloud environments, and insurance processes.

Manages complex, high-severity casualty claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include coverage and liability analysis, reserve evaluation, settlement negotiations, claim strategy, collaboration with counsel and experts, regulatory compliance, recovery opportunities, and mentoring less experienced professionals. The role handles bodily injury, construction defect, and property damage claims while communicating developments to internal and external stakeholders.

A 12-week summer internship rotating through six weeks of Claims and six weeks of Underwriting. Interns gain practical insurance industry experience, complete meaningful projects, organize data, strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills, and learn how these functions support business success.

Supports commercial lines underwriting operations by developing best practices, policies, procedures, training programs, quality-control processes, and performance-improvement initiatives. Serves as an underwriting support subject matter expert, monitors operational performance, identifies skill gaps, coordinates internal quality reviews, and represents the rating function on corporate projects.
