Lead and supervise multiemployer pension consulting engagements including funding valuations, government filings, benefit calculations, and nondiscrimination testing. Manage project staff, budgets, and deadlines, mentor actuarial analysts, communicate findings and solutions to clients, and perform hands-on technical modeling and programming to support client deliverables.

Lead actuarial support for value-based contracts, defining performance measures and benchmarks, ensuring measure reliability and statistical methodology, supervising actuarial analysts, and collaborating with Enterprise Risk Management to assess underwriting/reserving risk and present findings to senior financial leadership.
