Design and prepare detailed electrical installation drawings and specifications for medium and low voltage power, lighting, and special systems. Perform load, short-circuit, ampacity, and voltage-drop calculations; produce single-line diagrams and panel schedules in Revit/AutoCAD; support BIM coordination, review shop drawings, RFIs, and contractor submittals; and provide technical support during construction.

Lead mechanical HVAC engineering from concept through construction for industrial and mission-critical projects. Design water, chilled water, HVAC, boilers/steam, cooling towers, compressed air, and plumbing systems; perform load calculations; mentor junior engineers; coordinate with vendors, procurement, and preconstruction; review shop drawings and submittals; and ensure code compliance and quality assurance.

Manage all MEP scopes from pre-construction through closeout: develop scope and bid packages, lead subcontractor negotiations, manage submittals/changes, ensure code compliance, quality, schedule and budget, coordinate with engineers and stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and represent MEP in OAC meetings.

Lead process design for industrial projects (pet food, meat processing), develop PFDs/P&IDs and material balances, specify equipment, run simulations (AFT, HTRI), coordinate vendors/teams, support construction/commissioning, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead multidisciplinary design coordination for complex industrial projects, liaising between clients, PMs, discipline leads, and consultants. Interpret PFDs/P&IDs, develop facility layouts, integrate process/civil/structural/architectural/MEPFP designs, run design reviews and quality control, manage schedule/scope/budget/risk, mentor staff, and support construction and closeout activities.

Manage project financial strategy including budgets, costs, change orders, billings, and forecasts. Generate reports, identify variances and risks, coordinate with accounting, project teams and subcontractors, perform cost engineering/estimation, and ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity of cost and forecast reporting.

Support BIM/VDC workflows from design through project completion: facilitate 2D/3D coordination, model missing content, perform 4D/5D schedule and cost analyses, run clash detection and assist conflict resolution, and produce material quantity take-offs for estimating.
