Supports student housing operations by engaging residents and prospective residents, conducting property tours, greeting visitors, following up with leads, participating in campus networking and marketing, assisting with social media posts, and maintaining a clean, welcoming property environment.

Supports acquisitions, development, asset management, and debt capital markets for a student housing investment portfolio. Leads financial underwriting and modeling, including return projections, sensitivity analyses, joint-venture structures, valuations, and debt analysis. Prepares investment committee and investor materials, conducts market research, coordinates due diligence and transaction closings, monitors asset performance, and evaluates refinancing, recapitalization, and disposition opportunities. Works onsite in Chicago with travel of up to 10%.
