The HRIS Analyst supports global HR and benefits systems, including configuration, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, data integrity, reporting, documentation, and user training. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams, supports process governance, manages HRIS vendors, evaluates platforms, and helps implement a new HRIS for approximately 1,000 global employees.
