Lead dock and shipment operations to ensure on-time, damage-free freight movement. Manage staffing, coordinate with dispatch and account managers, monitor loading and safety, optimize routes and costs, handle administrative tasks (billing, manifests, claims), and enforce regulatory and company policies.

Participate in a management training program to learn service center operations, supervise loading/unloading and processing of shipments, assist with interviewing, scheduling, coaching, safety compliance, and operational performance improvement.

Sell LTL freight services within a defined territory: develop new business, implement accounts, grow relationships, create proposals and presentations, use CRM and Microsoft Office, and coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery.

Manage a portfolio of large LTL freight accounts and national programs, develop account plans and growth strategies, identify new business, deliver tailored LTL solutions, conduct business reviews, monitor performance, resolve issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and attend industry events.

Support Securities & Corporate Law team by managing subsidiary matters, SEC filing support, board meeting records, corporate governance documents, M&A due diligence, virtual data rooms, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure timely legal operations.
