Support HR Operations and Strategy by maintaining the HR strategy roadmap, tracking projects and milestones, preparing presentations and status updates, coordinating Workday HCM post-implementation efforts, creating process documentation (SOPs, QRGs, process maps), monitoring risks and timelines, and managing stakeholder communications and action items.

Lead change management for medium-to-large strategic and technology initiatives. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption plans. Conduct impact and readiness assessments, monitor adoption metrics, prepare executive dashboards, and partner with leaders to drive alignment. Contribute to methodology, tools, and continuous improvement while supporting learning and user enablement.

Lead product strategy and roadmap execution for AI-powered solutions. Own backlog refinement, stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, KPI tracking, and cross-functional delivery while promoting responsible AI practices and driving customer-focused product iterations.
